SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy: At Tempora, we take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to you, but this meticulous process requires time. Please note the following shipping guidelines:
1. Processing Time: The processing time for all orders is 2-5 days. However, some items may take 3-4 weeks for production. These items will have that noted in their bio on-site or on Instagram. Please be aware that the shipping and processing process will commence only after the production of extended items is completed.
2. Ready-to-Ship Items: Certain items are ready to be shipped immediately after ordering, and their processing begins promptly.
3. Combined Orders: If both ready-to-ship and extended production items are ordered together, processing will start once the extended production item is ready.
4. Shipment and Tracking: Each order's packing and boxing will be completed individually. Tracking numbers will be provided via the update method selected at checkout (text/email).
5. Shipping ETA: The final estimated time of arrival (ETA) for domestic orders is determined and updated by USPS/UPS. For international orders, the final courier company will handle delivery based on the shipping destination.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages: Tempora is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
7. Shipment Costs: International and domestic shipment pricing is based on the package's weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.
8. Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tempora will not be liable for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. In such cases, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping the package.
